This policy explains what information Manager11 (“we”, “the game”) collects when you play, why we collect it, and the choices you have. Manager11 is operated from Australia.
Account & profile: your username, email address, a securely hashed password, and any profile details you add (name, nationality, date of birth, bio, avatar, favourite formation).
Gameplay: the clubs you manage, tactics and team sheets you submit, match results, and related in-game activity.
Usage & analytics: pages you visit within the game and basic device/browser information, via Google Analytics and our own first-party activity log, used to understand engagement and improve the game.
Acquisition: where you arrived from (referrer and any campaign tags) so we can understand how players find us.
Push notifications (mobile app): if you enable notifications in our iOS/Android app, we store a device token so we can send you match and reminder alerts. You can turn this off at any time in your device settings.
To run your account and the game, send you service emails (such as daily match digests and line-up reminders), keep the game secure, and improve the experience. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not show third-party advertising.
We use a first-party cookie to keep you signed in, and analytics cookies (Google Analytics) to measure usage. You can clear or block cookies in your browser, though the game needs the sign-in cookie to work.
We share limited data with providers that help us operate: Google Analytics (usage measurement), our email provider (to deliver the emails above), and our image/content delivery provider. They process data on our behalf.
We keep your data while your account is active. You can permanently delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete account in the game, or by emailing us from your registered address. Deletion removes your account, profile, and achievements and releases any club you manage back to the game. See our account deletion page for details.
Manager11 is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country), and we do not knowingly collect their data.
