Delete your account

You can permanently delete your Manager11 account and personal data at any time. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

Delete in the app or on the web

Sign in, then go to Settings → Delete account. You’ll be asked to re-enter your password and confirm. This works the same way in our iOS and Android apps and on the website.

What gets deleted

We permanently remove your account, profile details (name, email, avatar, and other profile fields), and your achievements. Any club you were managing is released back into the game for another manager or the AI to take over. Aggregate, non-identifying game history that isn’t linked to your personal details may be retained.

Prefer us to do it?

Email [email protected] from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it. We’ll confirm once it’s done.
